Print, Design $ Social Media Co-Ordinator

• To design & print labels incl marketing materials in a timely manner.
• To make minor amendments to artwork using Illustrator or other software packages.
• To create and edit label texts and templates.
• Answer the telephone and answer enquiries or direct calls to the relevant person.
• Proofread and peer review the work of colleagues.
• Manage data on Shopify.
• To check stock levels of labels, if supplies are low raise relevant purchase orders.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide cover for absent colleagues.
• To manage your own workload and prioritise projects.
• Label checking and approving against the current industry legislation
• To assist managing all social media channels
• Produce customer communications using Mail Chimp
• Send out the Post for the company, including mail order customer orders
• Stocktaking
• Import print ready artwork to print labels.

• An excellent understanding of Adobe design packages such as Illustrator and Photoshop is essential
• Good attention to detail.
• Good practical skills
• The ability to work quickly and methodically
• The ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
• A good commincator on the phone and experience of handling inbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with time restraints.
• Experience of using Sage 200/SAP business one & shopifyt would be an advantage.
• Excellent use of Excel/Word., * Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (required)
• Managing Social Media Channels: 1 year (required)
• Marketing: 1 year (required)
• Photoshop: 1 year (required)
