The Role As Engineering Support, you will participate in all aspects of electrical/electronic equipment troubleshooting and project execution. • Communicate project status, completions, delays, and escalations to management and relevant personnel
  • Research solutions and contribute to process improvements, SOP documentation, and technical training materials
  • Support customer site visits for breakdown diagnostics and fault-finding, either accompanying senior engineers or attending independently based on skill level
  • Diagnose automation system faults involving PLCs, HMIs, inverters/drives, and control systems across sectors such as pharmaceutical, printing, extrusion, and renewables

Furthermore, you will have:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, and/or power transmission fields, with exposure to electrical engineering design principles and methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic equipment, including experience in electronic system design, repair, and analysis
  • High attention to precision and safety, with the ability to work in confined spaces, overhead structures, and around high-voltage equipment while following safe work practices
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Desirable: Experience with computer programming, PLC ladder logic, and familiarity with automation protocols such as CANopen, Profibus, and DeviceNet
