Job description

We want a modern, clean, and professional website that inspires confidence and generates qualified leads. The ideal candidate can combine exceptional design with strong user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion-focused content.

This is more than a cosmetic redesign-we’re looking for someone who can improve how we present our services and attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and modernize our existing website.
  • Create a clean, responsive design that performs well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Improve navigation and overall user experience.
  • Develop service pages highlighting our engineering and accident reconstruction expertise.
  • Create compelling calls-to-action that encourage visitors to request consultations.
  • Optimize the website for speed and search engines (SEO).
  • Integrate contact forms and lead capture functionality.
  • Recommend improvements to branding, imagery, and content layout.
  • Ensure the website is easy for our team to update after launch.
  • Provide basic training or documentation for website management., * Reflect the professionalism and credibility of our engineering team.
  • Clearly explain our services to attorneys, insurance professionals, and corporate clients.
  • Rank well in search engines for accident reconstruction and forensic engineering services.
  • Generate more consultation requests.
  • Showcase expert reports, animations, case studies, and professional credentials.
  • Be easy to maintain and expand as our company grows.

Requirements

  • Experience designing websites for professional service firms such as engineering, legal, consulting, medical, or financial companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, professional websites.
  • Experience with:
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • Wix Studio
  • Squarespace (if appropriate)
  • Knowledge of:
  • SEO best practices
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Mobile optimization
  • Website performance optimization
  • Understanding of ADA accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a project from concept through launch., * Technical or engineering industries
