• Design engaging UI (User Interface) elements and create wireframes and prototypes that enhance usability and user experience (UX).
• Implement responsive web design principles to optimize websites across all devices, ensuring accessibility and usability for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to translate designs into functional websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap, and other web development technologies.
• Integrate motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to create lively visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement of website performance and user satisfaction.
• Maintain websites through regular updates, troubleshooting issues with PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Drupal, or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring optimal performance with Google Analytics 360 and web analytics tools.

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.

• Expertise in interaction design principles focusing on usability, accessibility (Web Accessibility), information architecture, and layout design.
• Skilled in front-end development including HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React, AJAX, Node.js, Redux.
• Experience with web development languages such as PHP, Python, SQL (MySQL), and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website visibility on search engines.
• Ability to create wireframes using Balsamiq or Axure; develop prototypes with InVision or Telerik; utilize wireframing tools effectively.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques ensuring seamless experiences across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Excellent user research skills combined with data analysis abilities to inform design decisions.
• Experience with version control systems like Git; knowledge of web accessibility standards; familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is a plus.
