Network & Cloud Support Technician

• Provide desktop and user support while managing IT systems.
• Manage IT processes, controls, and Helpdesk functions.
• Manage and Support Azure cloud-connected systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate issues as needed
• Manage and Maintain documentation for tickets, systems, and onboarding
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

New Horizon Care Centers (NHCC) is seeking a motivated Network & Cloud Support Technician. This role is ideal for candidates with a 4-year IT degree who want to build experience in networking, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS within a healthcare environment., * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

• Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+, AZ-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
