Network & Cloud Support Technician

• Provide desktop and user support for hardware, software, printers, and Microsoft 365
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, MFA, and access control
• Support Azure/AWS cloud-connected systems under guidance of senior staff
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain documentation for tickets, systems, and onboarding
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

• 2 years of experience in role or related
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Introductory knowledge of Azure or AWS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+, AZ-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
