Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer (all genders)

We’re looking for a Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and drive its reliability, security, and scalability.

In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you’ll define the technical direction of our platform, lead infrastructure initiatives from concept to implementation, and work closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and Security teams. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex infrastructure challenges, and establish best practices that enable teams to build and ship securely at scale.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguous environments, and enjoys turning ideas into pragmatic, high-impact solutions. While this is not a people management role, you’ll provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and mentor fellow engineers through collaboration and guidance.

Your Mission

• Own and evolve our AWS and Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure
• Improve platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence
• Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform
• Enhance our CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Strengthen cloud security, identity and access management, and compliance practices
• Partner closely with Software, AI, and ML Engineers to enable efficient and secure product delivery
• Lead infrastructure initiatives and establish engineering best practices across the platform, * High-impact role with significant technical ownership

• Several years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes (ideally Amazon EKS), and Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD, Linux, and infrastructure automation (Bash; Python is a plus)
• Solid understanding of cloud security, observability, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
