Network Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Network Administrator to join a growing IT team supporting a hybrid enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for administering and maintaining network infrastructure, Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management solutions, and collaboration platforms across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, Microsoft 365 technologies, security best practices, and end-user support. What You’ll Do

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, switches, routers, VPNs, and firewalls Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving issues Support hybrid and multi-site networking environments including remote access connectivity Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user provisioning, group management, Conditional Access Policies, and MFA Manage Microsoft Intune environments, including device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security Maintain and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive Support and administer RingCentral or similar UCaaS platforms, including user provisioning and call flow management Provide Tier II/III technical support for infrastructure, systems, and desktop-related issues Manage IT assets, hardware/software lifecycle processes, and vendor relationships Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to IT security efforts including endpoint protection, backup solutions, access controls, and incident response activities, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Hyper-V Windows Server SonicWall RingCentral VPN Technologies

5+ years of experience in Network Administration, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related IT roles Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune Experience supporting Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V preferred) Knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, and network security principles (SonicWall experience preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service skills, Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, or SC-300 CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ Experience with SonicWall firewalls Experience supporting RingCentral or similar UCaaS platforms Experience supporting multi-location organizations and remote users Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
