Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Workforce Reporting Analyst to join a leading organisation on a long-term contract through to February 2027, with the possibility of extension. This role will suit candidates with strong experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Reporting, HR Data Analysis, Organisational Structures, Workforce Planning and HR Systems, particularly within complex public or private sector environments., * Produce regular and ad-hoc workforce reports to support HR and business decision-making.

  • Analyse workforce data and identify trends, movements, risks and opportunities across the organisation.
  • Prepare reporting on starters, leavers, internal moves, vacancies, secondments, acting-up arrangements and other workforce changes.
  • Maintain and analyse organisational structures, reporting lines and position management data.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives through accurate reporting and insight generation.
  • Monitor workforce data quality, conduct audits and resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards, reports and management information for senior stakeholders.
  • Use iTrent, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel functionality to produce accurate HR reporting.
  • Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide workforce insight.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance automation and increase analytical capability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Workforce Reporting Analyst, HR Data Analyst, HR MI Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong HR analytics and workforce reporting experience.
  • Experience using iTrent and SAP reporting tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, reporting and manipulation.
  • Ability to identify workforce trends, highlight key movements and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience maintaining and analysing organisational structures and workforce establishment data.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience within a large, complex public or private sector organisation is highly desirable.
