Job description

We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to join a collaborative and growing HR Systems Team, supporting a Global Law Firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in SAP SuccessFactors, who enjoys improving processes and enhancing the employee experience through technology.

Hybrid working: 3 days in office per week, * Support the day-to-day administration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Learning.

  • Supporting end users and independently managing system activities such as workflows, configuration, and day-to-day system maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, upgrades and project delivery.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and system efficiencies.
  • Support key annual HR activities, including performance reviews, pay review processes and regulatory reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests and liaise with external vendors where required.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with GDPR.
  • Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for HR systems.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 year’s experience in HR systems administration or HR systems analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential as well as having experience of the Employee Central module
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of HR processes, data structures and system configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential employee data.
