Endpoint Engineer

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise endpoint platforms using Intune and MECM.
• Engineer automated deployment and remediation processes utilizing advanced PowerShell scripting and orchestration.
• Manage the full device lifecycle for Windows, iOS, and Android including OS upgrades and patching.
• Design and enforce endpoint security baselines and compliance policies to ensure organizational security.
• Oversee zero-touch provisioning workflows and modern management transitions through Windows Autopilot.
• Provide third-level operational support and root cause analysis for complex endpoint and identity issues.
• Author operational runbooks and standard operating procedures within an Agile delivery framework.

• 7+ years of expertise in enterprise-level endpoint engineering and systems administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for comprehensive device enrollment, compliance, and application management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and implementing modern zero-touch device provisioning strategies.
• Experience in MECM/SCCM for software deployment, OS imaging, and enterprise patch management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID device management and configuring complex Conditional Access policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security and managing Apple Business Manager integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation.
