Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead/Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across complex core-banking platforms. You’ll combine hands-on testing with leadership of offshore QA teams, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
London - hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week Contract Important: There is no sponsorship available. Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and be comfortable with the hybrid onsite requirement.
What you’ll be doing . Leading and mentoring offshore QA teams . Owning test strategy, execution, reporting and defect triage . Testing Oracle Flexcube core-banking workflows end to end . Supporting UAT, release validation and production rollouts . Building and executing Web, API and Mobile automation . Partnering with BAs, developers and Product Owners in Agile delivery
Requirements
Strong, hands-on Oracle Flexcube testing experience . Core banking domain knowledge: CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, GL and EOD . Test Lead experience within Agile/Scrum environments . Functional, regression, integration and system testing . Automation across Web, API (REST/SOAP) and Mobile . SQL/database testing and test-data validation . Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar tools
