You’ll collaborate with SDEs and DEs to craft intuitive front ends that make AI outputs accessible and trustworthy. This role offers impact at scale, directly influencing how 600+ APM users experience our products. Compensation / Benefits * Design and build production frontend experiences for AI-powered insights (conversational agents, metric dashboards, monitoring interfaces) * Own frontend architecture decisions including component design, state management, performance, and accessibility * Create rich data visualization components (e.g., supply funnel analytics, cross-publisher views) * Implement conversational UI patterns with AI agents, confidence indicators, source attribution, and feedback mechanisms * Collaborate on API contract design to ensure efficient data fetching and responsive UX * Instrument frontend telemetry to track usage, flows, and error rates * Validate experiences against accessibility standards and scalability requirements Tasks * 3+ years designing and developing large-scale software applications/tools/systems in C#, C++, Java, or Perl * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field * 3+ years of professional frontend development experience * Experience visualizing data in Tableau or similar tools * Understanding of web performance fundamentals (bundling, lazy loading, rendering pipelines, network efficiency) * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for client-server communication Key requirements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * RSUs * sign-on payments
