Job description
This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will help remotely maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT-related issues with the ability to think critically in finding solutions.
There are numerous hierarchical and interconnected subsystems that you will become familiar with to identify point-of-failure issues and resolve or escalate as necessary.
The correct individual will bring multi-tasking skills and the ability to identify root cause of issues to help triage issues that lead to business disruptions. Fast-paced and SLA-driven, you will bring your experience and collaborate with others to ensure issues are resolved correctly.
Some of the tasks performed include data analysis of images, transaction history, & custom-generated reports.
Some of the applications learned can include proprietary systems, JIRA, SolarWinds, SSH, terminal emulators, network monitoring software, network maintenance software, and command line interfaces such as PowerShell or Linux.

- 401(k), This is a 6 month contract to hire and would be a great position for someone to really dig in to technology and gain more knowledge about IT systems and infrastructure.
The shift that we’re hiring for is the overnight shift from 1am to 10am.
Must be able to pass a fingerprint criminal background check as well as a drug test.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
