Experteer Overview As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will be the hands-on Workday expert for Time Tracking, Absence, Leave and Scheduling, partnering with HR, Payroll and IT to optimize the system. You will drive compliance with labor/timekeeping laws and support scalable global operations from an on-site hub in Houston. You’ll enable smooth testing, deployment and post-go-live support while building insightful HR reports. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and optimize Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling * Collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT on enhancements, testing and deployment * Coordinate with stakeholders for testing, deployment and post-go-live support * Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions for knowledge sharing * Develop and maintain reports within the Workday modules * Participate in broader HR Systems and Shared Services initiatives Tasks * 10+ years of Workday HCM experience with Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, Scheduling * 7+ years of Workday consulting or SME experience on medium-to-large HRIS implementations * Workday certification in Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and/or Scheduling * Intermediate to advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting * Strong report writing in Workday modules * Experience supporting Canadian and international time tracking and local labor law compliance * Ability to lead design sessions, manage project plans and multitask engagements * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders including senior leadership Key requirements * industry leading compensation * comprehensive benefits * 401(k) match with profit sharing * PTO * relocation assistance may be provided * on-site role in Houston, TX (no remote/hybrid)
