Lead Data Migration Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead enterprise-wide data migration strategy and execution for Stock Plan Services, shaping standards and best practices. You will drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver high-volume, complex migrations. You will design scalable data solutions, mentor senior engineers, and ensure data quality and governance while mitigating risks. This position offers a chance to influence technical direction and accelerate platform modernization within a global services organization.
