Job description

Design and develop AI-powered agentic solutions leveraging leading LLM platforms including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Writer.
Build a scalable AI orchestration layer utilizing n8n, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Develop autonomous and multi-agent workflows to support digital marketing campaign creation and optimization.
Integrate enterprise APIs, data sources, MCP services, and third-party platforms into AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketers, and technical teams to translate marketing use cases into AI-enabled solutions.
Create systems that generate marketing assets including email campaigns, social media content, digital advertisements, and campaign recommendations.
Develop and optimize Python-based services, automation pipelines, and machine learning workflows.
Implement best practices around AI governance, observability, prompt engineering, and model performance.
Analyze marketing and customer data to generate actionable insights that can be consumed by AI agents and downstream marketing teams.

Requirements

Must Have Skills

5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning experience.
Proven experience building agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI workflows in production environments.
Hands-on experience with:

o OpenAI

o Google Gemini

o Anthropic Claude

o Writer AI

Expert-level experience with:

o Python

o LangChain

o LangGraph

o n8n

Strong data science and machine learning background.
Experience integrating APIs, data services, and external systems into AI workflows.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
Experience deploying scalable cloud-based AI applications. * Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry experience.
Experience supporting digital marketing organizations.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Experience with customer engagement platforms, CRM systems, and campaign management tools.
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementations and AI orchestration standards.
Experience building multi-agent systems and AI copilots.
