Job description

TechXperts Recruitment UK are working with a well-established business looking to appoint an IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of their infrastructure and technical services across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll lead and mentor a small team of IT Technicians whilst remaining hands-on when needed. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day infrastructure, security and resilience of the business, alongside helping shape future projects and the wider infrastructure roadmap.

They need someone technically strong who enjoys getting stuck in, solving complex problems and setting the standard for what good looks like.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer/Lead who enjoys being hands-on but also wants the opportunity to steer the ship? Do you enjoy mentoring others, shaping infrastructure and having a real say in how IT moves forward? If so, this could be right up your street., * Microsoft 365
