Job description

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Security Engineer - Container Security to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry., * Manage and mature the DHRA Container Security program in accordance with DoD container-security requirements.

  • Assess containerized environments, images, repositories, and associated security implementations for compliance.
  • Coordinate with system owners and technical teams on container-security implementation concerns and remediation activities.
  • Track implementation and compliance status and escalate concerns to Government leadership.
  • Develop and maintain required program guidance, reporting, and compliance artifacts.
  • Apply security-engineering expertise in requirements definition, risk assessment, systems analysis, hardening, vulnerability testing, scanning, and technical work-product review to container-security implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
