Job description

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry., * Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategy and planning products aligned with national strategy, DoD guidance, DHRA plans, industry practices, and the evolving threat environment.

  • Prepare governance-ready technical proposals, feasibility and comparative analyses, cost estimates, stakeholder-impact summaries, and supporting presentation materials.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity governance with stakeholders, track initiative status, and maintain visibility into approvals, issues, next steps, and funding.
  • Develop and update the long-range cybersecurity modernization roadmap and document cybersecurity tools and solutions in approved architecture repositories.
  • Update DHRA Zero Trust plans, architecture, roadmap, governance tracking, and implementation alignment; integrate cybersecurity considerations into DevSecOps and enterprise planning.
  • Provide data-informed guidance on cybersecurity risk, mitigation strategies, and posture trends to senior leadership.
  • Apply cybersecurity lifecycle, requirements-analysis, alternative-assessment, process-improvement, architecture, engineering, and compliance expertise to the assigned strategy and governance work.

Requirements

  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years of experience.
