For our locations in Oberhaching, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Essen, or remote, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in a dynamic environment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our globally active clients as part of a service teamAdvising our clients on the specification of central data interfaces within Identity and Access Management (IAM)Configuration of cloud applications for Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers like Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft AzureTicket-based troubleshooting and problem analysisImplementation of service requests and standard changesYour Skills and RequirementsCompleted university degree in a field of computer science or a comparable qualificationInterest and enthusiasm for diving into complex questions regarding
centralized user data and access management in enterprise ITStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking as well as customer orientation and communication skillsSolid knowledge of databases and directory servicesA strong awareness of IT security and data protectionIdeally, experience with web technologies and protocolsProficiency in both spoken and written German and English
