Job description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III with strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern web development and a proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, high-performing web platforms for next-generation risk reporting. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite per week. Start is targeted for 2-4 weeks after offer and may require alignment to a specific start date. Candidates should include current location and intent on the resume., * Design and develop high-quality web applications using Node.js and React.js.

  • Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and services.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with sound testing practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Angular, Node.js, and React developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with SQL, Java, and Hadoop.
  • Understanding of design principles and user experience concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Full-stack software engineering across front-end and back-end services.
  • Experience building in Agile or Scrum environments.
