Job description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers and field service teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across advanced conveyor and logistics automation systems. This is a 1st shift opportunity with competitive pay and exposure to cutting-edge industrial technology., * Provide first-line technical support for electrical, mechanical, and PLC/software issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems remotely and occasionally onsite
  • Support field service engineers and customers with diagnostics and solutions
  • Assist with spare parts identification, quotes, and order support
  • Manage warranty and claim cases, ensuring clear communication and resolution
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials
  • Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Deliver technical training on equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with global teams to share feedback and improve service solutions

Requirements

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and software systems? Join a growing, global organization where your technical expertise directly impacts customer success and operational excellence., * Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • At least 2 years of technical support experience with electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience with PLCs (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley preferred)
  • Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot industrial systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work occasional overtime
