IT & Technical Systems Coordinator

This is a varied, hands-on role. You will be the main point of contact for technology from the client’s perspective, supporting users, dealing with IT issues and helping ensure their systems work effectively.

You will also work closely with TIOS on the support and development of their bespoke platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT support to 35 employees
• Dealing with day-to-day IT issues and troubleshooting problems
• Supporting users with hardware, software, systems and access
• Resolving minor software issues if and where possible (not essential)
• Managing and prioritising IT requests and problems
• Supporting users with the bespoke platform
• Investigating platform issues and identifying what is causing them
• Liaising with TIOS developers when issues require development work
• Clearly communicating user requirements and technical problems to developers
• Testing fixes and new functionality
• Helping users understand and get the most from their technology
• Keeping track of issues, You will work across IT support, software, coding and business technology, while working closely with a development team building and continually improving a bespoke enterprise platform with many future iterations to come.

We are looking for someone to work closely with one of our clients, a business of 30-40 employees, providing IT support and acting as the link between the client and our development team.
