Job description

Support internal employees in a technical, on-premise IT Services role.
Provide hands-on support for PC hardware, software, and internal tooling.
Use our internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company.
Manage IT asset inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
Preferred: experience in networking.
Preferred: experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
