Job description

This is an opportunity to register your interest in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant positions where you could deliver end-to-end marketing automation solutions for clients across diverse industries. Roles of this type may involve partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC implementations, with scope to influence how marketing technology drives customer outcomes.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client business objectives
  • Building and optimizing customer journey workflows and campaign automation within SFMC
  • Configuring CRM integrations to ensure seamless data flow and marketing execution
  • Developing marketing reporting and analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance
  • Conducting SFMC implementation projects from discovery through to deployment and support
  • Collaborating with clients, internal teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Optimizing workflows and processes to improve campaign efficiency and client outcomes
  • Supporting campaign execution and troubleshooting technical issues in live environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of campaign automation, journey design and workflow optimization
  • Experience with CRM integration and data management within marketing technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability in marketing reporting, analytics and performance measurement
  • Client delivery experience and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business contexts
