Job description
- Designing and optimising marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign automation, journey design and workflow optimisation
- Configuring and implementing SFMC solutions tailored to client business requirements, ensuring best practice platform setup
- Managing CRM integration to align marketing and sales data, enabling seamless customer intelligence across systems
- Developing and executing marketing reporting and analytics to measure campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
- Supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through to go-live and post-launch optimisation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative and technical resources to deliver integrated solutions
- Providing technical guidance on campaign execution, ensuring quality, compliance and performance standards are met
- Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and supporting the development of implementation best practices, Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role:

Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and optimising Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms for enterprise or mid-market clients
- Strong technical knowledge of SFMC core modules: campaign automation, journey design, workflow optimisation and marketing reporting
- Working knowledge of CRM integration principles and experience aligning marketing technology with CRM systems
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering client-focused solutions
- Proficiency in campaign execution, testing and performance reporting
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
