Salesforce Architect

• Defining system architecture, data models and integration strategies across CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Establishing and maintaining Salesforce platform governance frameworks and best-practice standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts and development teams to translate requirements into scalable designs
• Conducting solution design reviews and providing technical guidance to delivery teams
• Evaluating third-party applications, plugins and integration tools to support solution delivery
• Documenting solution designs, technical specifications and architectural decisions, * Opportunity to influence Salesforce strategy and architecture direction for leading organisations
• Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and complex technical challenges

• Salesforce Certified Solutions Architect certification (or equivalent advanced Salesforce architecture credential)
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and system design within Salesforce environments
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits and governance considerations
• Proven experience defining integration strategies and managing complex multi-cloud implementations
• Experience establishing platform governance frameworks and technical standards
• Background in CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
