Are you an experienced Power BI professional looking to make a real impact within a leading housing provider? We are seeking two Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partners for a fixed-term, 6-month contract based in Manchester (M15). This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and automated reporting solutions., As an Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights. Your role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate these into effective, automated solutions. You will manage end-to-end reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and quality to support decision-making at both operational and senior levels., * Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and create BI solutions
- Developing automated, end-to-end reporting solutions connecting sources such as SQL Server, MySQL, SharePoint, and APIs
- Utilizing SQL, DAX, and Power Query for data modelling, analysis, and reporting
- Managing KPI reports, including data collection, validation, and quality assurance
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure accurate reports
- Turning complex data into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholders
- Using Power Automate and other tools to streamline reporting processes and workflows
- Ensuring dashboards and reports are secure, reliable, and aligned with KPI definitions
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable datasets, data models, and performance measures
- Support KPI management and data validation activities
- Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Work efficiently to deliver new dashboards and reports swiftly
- Maintain high standards of data quality and security
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development
- Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Expertise in automated, end-to-end reporting solutions
- Excellent data modelling and analytical skills
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into practical reports
- Strong communication skills for engaging non-technical audiences
