Job description

We’re looking for an IT Systems Analyst to help keep our business running - from office systems to production-floor technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems, figuring things out, and making systems work better.

You’ll support employees across both office and manufacturing environments while working closely with our IT Manager on infrastructure, security, maintenance, and improvement projects. Success in this role requires both technical ability and strong communication skills - someone who can troubleshoot effectively while also working well with users at all levels of the organization.

Some days you’ll be troubleshooting a workstation. Other days you’ll be helping roll out new systems, supporting production equipment, or tracking down a network issue that’s slowing things down.

If you enjoy practical IT work where you can see the direct impact of what you do, this role may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for office and manufacturing employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and device issues
  • Set up and deploy computers, mobile devices, barcode scanners, and other equipment
  • Help users navigate systems, workflows, and security best practices

Systems Administration

  • Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and shared resources
  • Assist with patching, updates, backups, and routine maintenance
  • Help maintain production-floor PCs, industrial devices, and network equipment
  • Support integrations between business and manufacturing systems

Project & Infrastructure Support

  • Assist with software rollouts, upgrades, and IT improvement projects
  • Test new hardware and configurations before deployment
  • Coordinate changes and communicate updates to users

Cybersecurity & Documentation

  • Support endpoint security, MFA, access management, and security monitoring
  • Help maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventories
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to internal knowledge resources, This role combines technical support, systems administration, and operational support responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Notices recurring problems and wants to fix the root cause
  • Can balance user support with technical problem-solving
  • Is comfortable walking out onto the production floor when needed
  • Takes ownership of issues and follows through
  • Communicates professionally and works well with employees across different departments and skill levels

Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site role in West Henrietta, NY
  • Casual, down-to-earth work environment supporting both office and manufacturing operations
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be needed for maintenance or upgrades

If you enjoy solving technical problems, improving systems, and being the person people rely on when technology matters most, we’d like to hear from you.
