Job description

Hello! I’m searching for a Lead IT Project Manager to drive enterprise initiatives in a SAFe/Agile environment with a strong focus on AI-driven project delivery and digital transformation.

This is a high-level, portfolio-style role supporting executive leadership and modernizing how projects are managed, tracked, and delivered., * Lead enterprise IT projects in a SAFe Agile environment

Act as an AI Champion for the IT PMO
Leverage AI tools for risk, governance, forecasting, and reporting
Build and manage AI-driven dashboards and KPIs
Align technology initiatives with business goals and strategy
Partner directly with executive leadership on project insights and decisions
Drive automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation efforts

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project portfolio management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong experience in SAFe / enterprise Agile environments

Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership
Experience aligning IT projects with business outcomes
Exposure to AI tools, analytics, or automation in project delivery
Background in program/portfolio-level project management

Ideal Candidate

Strong Agile leader with modern delivery experience
Comfortable owning AI-driven transformation initiatives
Able to translate technical insights into business value, * Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
