Job description
The Coordinator of Application Evaluations supports the Processing, Recruiting and Visitation staff in the Office of Admissions.
The mission of the Office of Admissions is to support the University’s commitment to excellence by recruiting and enrolling students who contribute and benefit from the University’s challenging array of academic and extracurricular programs. The Office of Admissions actively recruits, enrolls, and supports a talented and broad student body., * Work with the Coordinator of Electronic Data for accurate data downloading and reporting
- Research and correct applicant data and relationship data using PeopleSoft query
- Work with high school counselors to update and correct applicant data
- Research schools not identified in application downloads (not limited to schools within USA)
- Work with the Associate Director and the AVP of Admissions for decision entry and correction
- Uses PeopleSoft queries and Component Interface in the assigning of decisions
- Work closely with admissions counselors for decision changes
- Research applicant comment sheets and distribute to the appropriate admissions counselor
- Assist with the processing of final high school transcripts
- Processing International Baccalaureate test scores
Requirements
- Higher Education Experience
- PeopleSoft - Proficiency in PeopleSoft Student Administration system - modules including, but not limited to - Student Recruiting, Student Admissions and Campus Community or comparable experience with other similar student administration systems
- Hyland OnBase - Proficiency in Hyland OnBase document imaging system or a system comparable
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Salesforce experience or experience with comparable system
- Detail Oriented
- Candidates must possess superior organizational skills and prioritize objectives/tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with highly sensitive data that must remain confidential
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in both individual and team tasks
