Job description

  • Bearbeitung und Betreuung von IT-Anfragen sowie technischen Anliegen

Unterstßtzung bei der Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Bereitstellung von IT-Hardware und -Software Pflege und Aktualisierung von IT-Dokumentationen sowie Inventarlisten Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker/in fĂźr Systemintegration

Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
