Job description

  • Performs server/network device deployments.
  • Supports installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Data Center equipment.
  • Performs server diagnostics and repairs (e.g., replace hard drives, replace failed sticks of RAM, etc.).
  • Physically assists in moving, racking, and cabling equipment as directed to support projects.
  • Assist with logistics as needed (e.g., receiving hardware shipments, spares counts, replenishments)

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience DIRECTLY in a data center
  • Familar with Data Center environment
  • Copper/Fiber cabling managment
  • Server installation - troubeshooting - parts swapping
