Job description
We are expanding our personalized Autodesk subscription usage reporting into a dedicated, full-time function. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of customized software usage insights for our clients. By leveraging secondary administrative access to customer Autodesk accounts, you will extract detailed, user-level usage data and transform it into actionable business intelligence using our customized Microsoft Power BI templates. This position is pivotal in driving customer retention, renewal success, and overall software ROI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Data Extraction & Management: Coordinate with clients to obtain secondary admin permissions; routinely access Autodesk account portals to pull individual, employee-level usage data across active customer accounts.
· BI Reporting & Customization: Populate, maintain, and refine existing Microsoft Power BI reporting templates to deliver tailored periodic usage reports.
· Client Insight & Delivery: Analyze usage patterns, seat utilization, and inactive licenses to provide actionable recommendations to both internal account teams and client executives.
· Process Scaling: Standardize the data-ingestion workflow to scale the reporting program across a significantly larger portion of our customer base.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales teams to highlight expansion opportunities and proactively identify at-risk accounts based on software engagement metrics.
Requirements
· Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Microsoft Power BI experience would be a plus but not a necessity.
· Autodesk Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Autodesk Account Administration (secondary admin rights, user management, and portal navigation) or similar SaaS administrative environments would be beneficial but could be learned on the job.
· Data Literacy: Ability to work with complex data structures and translate raw metrics into strategic business insights.
· Attention to Detail: Precision in managing user-level data across multiple customer environments with strict confidentiality and security standard adherence.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex usage metrics clearly to internal teams and external client stakeholders. This role requires virtual meetings with customers to deliver usage reporting results.
· AI Familiarity: While not a requirement, experience with AI tools could be beneficial in data analysis and reporting process improvement.
