DevOps Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager with 13+ years of IT experience and a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud, and DevOps technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise application development and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering large-scale Agile projects., Project & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and support. Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities. Technical Leadership Provide technical oversight for Java-based enterprise applications. Guide teams on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable and high-performing solutions. Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leadership, and business stakeholders. Provide regular status reports, project dashboards, and executive updates. Manage customer expectations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction. Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across teams. Team Management Lead and mentor development, QA, DevOps, and support teams. Drive performance management, coaching, and career development. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within teams. Conduct resource planning and capacity management.

13+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development. Experience managing Agile delivery teams of 15+ members. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience in cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation initiatives. Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
