This full-time, hands-on role keeps our network hardware, servers, and infrastructure running across our corporate office and dealership locations. No prior dealership experience is needed. It’s a coachable, growth-track position: come in ready to do the hands-on work and grow into a more specialized IT role over time., 1-3+ years of IT experience in networking, systems administration, or technical support. Working knowledge of network hardware and concepts (switching, routing, wireless); SD-WAN exposure a plus. CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco Meraki certification a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills. Comfortable with physical infrastructure work: rack-and-stack, running cable, mounting equipment, and working in server racks, data closets, and data centers. Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching for rack, cabling, and equipment work, including in server closets, data centers, and under desks.
