Requirements

We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking IT Project Manager IV to spearhead large-scale, complex technology projects. If you excel at navigating ambiguity, building bridges between technical and business teams, and transforming complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions, this is your next career move. As a senior leader, you won’t just track timelines-you will partner with executives, anticipate risks before they happen, and provide the insights needed to drive meaningful business outcomes. Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Complex Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception through lifecycle completion.

  • Modern Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office and standard project management software (such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet) to manage timelines, backlogs, and resources.

  • Proven Experience: A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience (including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives) OR 11+ years of related business experience.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
