Job description

We’re hiring an Epic ECSA Analyst for a 13-week, fully remote contract with one of our Texas clients. The assignment has potential to extend.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, generally 8 AM-5 PM CST, with some flexibility. After-hours support may be needed during go-live., * Support and maintain Epic web and service server environments

  • Complete system upgrades, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Support Epic production, non-production, reporting, training, and disaster recovery environments
  • Maintain system documentation and work with Epic and internal technical teams

Requirements

  • Current Epic ECSA certification - hard requirement
  • 3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience with Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, and PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA Server+ certification
