Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Architect to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications for large-scale public sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
This role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting secure, scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders., * Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Develop OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud (Customer/Community) portals.
- Develop secure and scalable Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
- Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, Platform Events, and Queueable Apex.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines for source control and deployments.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards).
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Customer/Community Portals).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or other Salesforce Industry Clouds.
- Experience with Grant Management or Grant Lifecycle Management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- OmniStudio Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
- Experience with PDF generation, approval workflows, and customer/citizen-facing portals.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
