Salesforce Developer -Service Cloud-LWC

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and execute unit tests while partnering with QA during SIT and UAT activities.
• Support deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA Analysts, and fellow developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• 6+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Apex Classes and Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows
• SOQL and SOSL
• REST and SOAP integrations
• Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery teams.
• Experience contributing to testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Experience supporting deployments and release management across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
