• Experience leading digital transformation, business change, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and digital technologies.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or digital transformation frameworks.
• Relevant project management or technology certifications are advantageous.
