Job description
Dangeyu Digital & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology-enabled change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will work with business and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities, introduce practical digital solutions, and help clients achieve greater efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation
- Develop transformation roadmaps and improvement initiatives
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate technology, operations, data, and business teams
- Support implementation of digital platforms and business systems
- Manage stakeholder relationships and transformation workshops
- Coordinate technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Monitor project KPIs, benefits, and transformation outcomes
- Support organisational change and adoption of new digital solutions
Requirements
- Experience in digital transformation, business change, technology, consulting, or project management
- Experience managing projects, stakeholders, or transformation initiatives
- Good understanding of digital technologies and business processes
- Strong project-management, communication, and organisational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud, automation, CRM, ERP, data, or digital platforms is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
