Job description

  • Managing and maintaining stock levels using spreadsheets, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the corporate order process, including liaising directly with clients
  • Producing and issuing invoices for corporate orders
  • Using spreadsheets and formulas to track, analyse and report on stock and order data
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues with stock, orders or invoicing
  • Providing general administrative and problem solving support across the team as required
  • Helping to research and troubleshoot workflows and automation tools

Requirements

We’re looking for an analytical and highly organised person to support several key areas of both areas of the business. The role includes stock management, corporate invoicing during our busy Christmas season, reporting and spreadsheet analysis, and helping improve internal systems and business processes. You’ll also work with our Brainsmerge team to implement workflows and automation tools. No programming experience is required, but confidence with technology and problem solving is essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with numbers and data, and who takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Working hours would be 4 days per week, except in December when a 5 day minimum is required., * Strong numerical and problem solving skills - an engineering, maths or similarly analytical background would be well suited to this role

  • Confident and experienced using spreadsheets (Excel or similar), including formulas and data management
  • Comfortable producing invoices and handling financial administration
  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with corporate clients
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Interest in AI and automation tools
  • Availability to work additional hours in the busy month of December (including some evenings and weekends)
