Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Administrator to lead the management, optimization, and security of our integrated business systems. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our ERP solutions, supporting various departments in the day to day B2B portal., * Process customer orders and credit notes.

  • Manage customer accounts and the B2B Portal.
  • Maintain stock and inventory within Unleashed.
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with UK and overseas suppliers.
  • Assist with imports from Mexico.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate business records.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements

This is a busy, hands-on role requiring someone who can work independently, prioritise their workload and quickly become self-sufficient. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar role is essential., * Previous experience in an administration, operations, stock control, purchasing or customer service role.

  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using business software and ERP systems (such as Unleashed, Salesforce, SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.
  • Someone who enjoys working with data, reports, inventory and improving processes.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Able to manage your own workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly., * ERP or inventory management system: 3 years (required)
  • Working in a fast-paced environment : 5 years (preferred)
