Power Apps Developer

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to support the development and enhancement of an Adult Social Care (ASC) rostering system built using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an important digital transformation project, working on improving, automating, and upgrading an in-progress rostering solution to help deliver greater scheduling efficiency and operational improvements across adult social care services.

The successful candidate will work closely with business teams and IT stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet organisational requirements, improve system functionality, and support ongoing service improvements., * Develop and enhance Microsoft Power Apps solutions to support business needs.

• Continue the technical development of an Adult Social Care rostering platform.
• Improve existing functionality, automate processes, and implement outstanding system requirements.
• Work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure Power Platform services are reliable, secure, and aligned with organisational standards.
• Support data governance processes and ensure solutions comply with GDPR requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on information security and cyber security standards within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to improve system performance.
• Manage workloads independently while delivering projects within agreed timescales.

• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and the wider Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, data governance, and security principles.
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements and best practices for handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience delivering digital solutions within a complex organisation would be advantageous., * Power Apps Developer or similar: 2 years (required)
