PowerApps Developer- Remote

This is initially a 4-month assignment starting as soon as possible, with a predominantly remote, UK-based working arrangement and occasional travel to client sites in Bristol, Blackpool, or a client office location for workshops and project activities., We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support solutions across a range of business transformation projects. You will work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Product stakeholders, Solution Architects, and other technical specialists to deliver robust and user-focused applications, automations, and reporting solutions.

The role is delivery-focused, supporting the development of digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and user outcomes. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with project objectives.

You will form part of a blended delivery team working alongside client and consultancy stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple workstreams within a dynamic programme environment., * Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform technologies

• Translating business requirements into scalable and supportable technical solutions
• Developing canvas and model-driven applications to meet user and business needs
• Building and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to refine requirements and solution designs
• Supporting testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions
• Ensuring solutions adhere to security, governance, and quality standards
• Providing progress updates and delivering development activities within agreed timelines

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Power Platform professional who enjoys hands-on development, working within multidisciplinary delivery teams, and delivering scalable low-code solutions within complex enterprise environments., Must-Have

• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working solutions
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and best practices
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Self-directed and delivery-focused, able to manage workload independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Experience developing custom connectors, APIs, or integrations
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment pipelines
• Experience working within regulated or security-conscious environments
