Senior/Lead Frontend Developer - 3 month initial contract - £550 - £600 per day to umbrella - London - hybrid

React/Next.js/JavaScript/TypeScript/App Router/Server/Rendering/Turbopack/Architecture

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. The Senior Frontend Developer will bring expertise in React and Next.js and will have a passion for building scalable user interfaces.

We are looking for a hands on developer who will contribute towards/own Front End architecture designs and quality code standards. You will design, develop and maintain high quality Front End features using React and Next.js.

Requirements

Strong professional experience building applications with React and Next.js (ideally React 19 features and Next.js 15 - including partial prerendering, enhanced app Router and turbopack bundler)
Solid understanding of Server Side rendering, static site generation and the Next,js App Router
Experience with multitenant platform architecture
Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and eCommerce frameworks.
