Job description

Senior/Lead Frontend Developer - 3 month initial contract - £550 - £600 per day to umbrella - London - hybrid

React/Next.js/JavaScript/TypeScript/App Router/Server/Rendering/Turbopack/Architecture

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. The Senior Frontend Developer will bring expertise in React and Next.js and will have a passion for building scalable user interfaces.

We are looking for a hands on developer who will contribute towards/own Front End architecture designs and quality code standards. You will design, develop and maintain high quality Front End features using React and Next.js.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience building applications with React and Next.js (ideally React 19 features and Next.js 15 - including partial prerendering, enhanced app Router and turbopack bundler)
  • Solid understanding of Server Side rendering, static site generation and the Next,js App Router
  • Experience with multitenant platform architecture
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and eCommerce frameworks.
