Job description
The ITL Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT Logistics operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of equipment requests., * Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup
- Receive inbound hardware and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
- Perform asset tagging and maintain asset tracking records
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
- Restock IT cabinets and vending machines
- Coordinate shipments across NORAM and global locations
- Support new hire equipment fulfillment to meet orientation timelines
Asset Management & Quality Control
- Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and monitors
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of equipment (including e-waste)
- Perform asset tag audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and workspace
Systems & Data Accuracy
- Maintain traceability and accuracy in inventory and task management systems
- Monitor and update task queues regularly
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and auditable
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner daily with Inventory, Deployment, and Logistics teams
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure timely execution
- Support cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements
Safety & Operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Adhere to operational standards and SOPs
Additional Responsibilities
- Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Requirements
This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and traceability, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and client needs., * Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)
