Requirements

Hands-on experience with Salesforce data conversion testing, including end-to-end validation of legacy-to-target system migrations.
Strong SQL and SOQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, comparison, and defect analysis, with solid knowledge of data mapping and quality checks.
Experience with ETL/data integration processes and creating/executing test cases, test scripts, and validation reports.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with ETL tools supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Experience troubleshooting complex data migration and integration defects.
